Repenting of Robbery
Read: Malachi 3
“Return to me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord Almighty...“Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me. But you ask, ‘How are we robbing you, God?’ “In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse—your whole nation—because you are robbing me.”
The people of God were confused. They misunderstood what it meant to follow God. They thought they could be God’s people without giving back to Him what He gave to them in the first place. They forgot that He is Lord of ALL. God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 How rich is God?
Prayer Focus:
Consider all that God has given you and thank Him for it. Commit to give back to the Lord, trusting that He will supply all of your needs.
